Job Description
The Warehouse Picker plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position focuses on picking parts according to computer-generated pick lists and paperwork, inspecting components for quality, and maintaining precise records. The role is highly repetitive, requires strong attention to detail, and involves close collaboration with a small, experienced team on a daytime shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Work Environment
The role is based in a South Seattle warehouse operating a daytime shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You will work as part of a small team of 3–4 pickers with strong tenure, in a structured and organized environment where daily tasks and time standards are clearly defined. Work involves standing for most of the day, performing repetitive picking tasks, and occasionally lifting heavier items. The warehouse uses computer systems, tablets, and RF scanners to manage pick lists and inventory, along with manual material handling equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks. The facility supports a fast paced culture, with regular onsite leadership presence and open communication. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.30 - $21.30/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
